Site Profit Bot – A Review (no Bonus)

The past few weeks has been abuzz with launches of automated content generating software. It all started with WP Mage creating a buzz about setting up auto content sites in a matter of minutes. Comparisons have been made to other auto content generating applications like HyperVRE and Wordpress plugins like WP Robot and WPMixer.

That is not to miss out other predecessors to WP Mage like Wordpress Direct and Firepow (based on the continuity model, though).

The latest kid on the block is SiteProfitBot by JP Schoeffel. For a 1-time payment of $97 and the level of effort involved plus time taken to create a content rich website, this simply knocks the socks of the pricey $997 WordPress Mage and also plugins like WP Robot ($140) and WPMixer ($147).

There is an upsell to the Site Flipper's license, where you get the right to sell websites generated for a One Time Fee of  $297.

I bought a copy of Site Profit Bot yesterday and followed their instructions to set up my first website using this software.

My experience was as the Site Profit Bot sales page promises – seamless.

The first time you use the software it takes more than a minute since you have to set up your profile – basically entering your IDs for Adsense,  eBay and Amazon.

With Site Profit Bot your website is built in 3 simple steps -

STEP – 1: Select your template (currently there are 3 magazine-type templates to choose from – you get more templates each month with the Pro membership). The templates are very elegant.

STEP – 2: To configure your site you simply have to add your niche keyword (yes just 1 keyword), select your profile, and if required activate Google Analytics (I did not do this).

Since I did not set up my PRO membership level ($47/month) yet, I did not need to do any advanced configuration (which allows you to configure your advt. displays spots and gives you more options on how and which advts. are displayed plus a host of other settings for high impact ad and traffic regeneration).

STEP 3: Is to add custome content. Since I wanted a few unique articles on the website I pulled out one of my PLR ebooks and extracted 5 chapters. (Your individual articles appear in the blog section of the site). I pasted each of the
articles in 5 separate .txt files and zipped them up (you have to zip them up in order for the software to be able to import the articles).

If you don't do this, you will still get content on your site but not unique. However you can easily add additional content later by just dropping articles in the prescribed format into the articles folder.

STEP 4: This is the last step. Simply click on the 'Generate Website' button and your complete website is generated – see my sample website here.

Then all you need to do is enter your domain hosting details and your site is published. (You also have the option to save it to your local disk).

That's IT. The site that is generated is simple and clean and full of niche relevant content.

So if your niche was “weight loss” you’d see intelligent, credible keywords already pre-selected to help build the credibility and authority of your website.
