1. Inability to select multiple product sub-categories:

It would have been awesome if CBtagClouds.com allowed you to create the tag cloud from multiple categories … currently it only supports 1 category and the only work-around is to select the main parent category in order to get product tags from all the child categories in that segment.

2. No Language Filter:

There is no language filter and you could end up getting non-English Clickbank products promoted on your site.

Hopefully Tim Brechbill will look into these and fix them in the subsequent updates.
